Trent teaches 3 of the 5 Tae Kwon Do classes that are offered here. Needless to say, as long as you show up for class or make up any missed classes, you can guarantee an easy A. Plus you learn how to defend yourself...what could be more stress releiving than beating someone up after a day of classes?
