Bill was a great instructor, but his essay tests were quite difficult. you needed to remember many theoreticallists to do well. i felt i had a firm grasp on the material, and yet the tests were difficult to do well on without lots of memorization.

Since I have him for a night class, he keeps me awake and I want to be there because class is never boring

Bill is one of the best profs. at WhiteWater. I had him for two classes, but he is not a easy grader. His exams are hard and if you piss him off you fail the class. However, he is funny and made class interesting and I would take this prof. again.
