Bill is easily one of the worst teachers i've had at uw-whitewater. Like someone else stated he is a pretty easy going and half way decent guy to begin the semister with. Then as he progresses and picks who he likes and what not he tends to be of no use if your not one he likes. For instance when we ask him about a part of our project he replies with some stupid ass remark like "how much content would you want for that". HEY JERKOFF i'm asking u that question for a reson not some smart ass comment. He also does not accept technical difficulties to this shitty made treepad software that does not allow you to send files when its open... Well kind've venting here so all in all this teacher sucks and i wouldnt suggest him to anyone lookin to do an actual clear and concise project for a grade.

This guy is a complete douche. I am not taking a class next semester in hopes that someone other than him teaches it. This guy is the worst prof ever. Yes, yes he does play favorites. He is very unclear as to what he wants for projects. If you ever read this prof weiss. YOU ARE A DOUCHE!!!
